SIBER Mushrooms is a new endeavor from established SIBER Sled Dogs LLC, bringing that same care and patience to small-batch specialty mushrooms.

We grow indoors in Cambridge, Vermont, with close attention to climate, freshness, and the local kitchens and tables our harvests reach.
